Solution

Hi guys,

I noticed that while I was trying to run "php artisan queue:listen" the website was in maintenance mode by "php artisan down" command. That's why queue was using 100% CPU. So when I make it up, CPU went back to normal.

I think artisan should consider this too in the next update.

So the issue is resolved.
