At the moment the forum doesn't implements any multilingual features, no sorry. I realize this could be useful to many people forking the forum but it would bring a very big maintenance burden upon us. Therefor it's best that people who want multilingual features to implement this themselves. It still comes down to either replacing existing strings with language file calls or just swapping them out to a different language.
