Follow the instructions of your Host provider to install Laravel, but it is not advisable because one thing you should know, deploying Laravel application on shared hosting is a complicated, long and tiring process. You will have to go through tons of their documentation to understand how their system works. To make this process easier, I'd recommend using a managed hosting to deploy the application on the server. Like Cloudways, in motion hosting and others.
