Problem installing Laravel : Authentication required

Hi, I tried to install Laravel using Composer with command line : composer create-project laravel/la...

Ok I solved it... Just set the HTTP_PROXY environnements variable and it works perfectly !

Maybe it's because I need a proxy ?!

It doesn't seems to be a timeout, I tried many times and I get the same message.
