Ummm I don't quite understand your question, but are you using <table> for layout?
Well if you can do that easily with a class and css element preselector.
For auto generate forms and inputs you can use laravel collective https://laravelcollective.com/docs/5.2/html However, that is not for the "look and feel" of the app. You should use css for that.
