I used the DigitalOcean one and it worked very well. So not sure if you found a Rackspace bug? Ngnix or? For me I rather no longer care after 10+ years of LAMP. I just want it to work so I see this is a plus that it "just works" "Fully Functional Server" maybe in a later version this is new. (: "Why am I forced to use unfamiliar directories" see the "I rather no longer care" item above. Ssh key? I just uploaded my public key in the interface did yours not work? You can do more than one.
