You can still access the users with your own User model if it uses the same table ;)

Sentry can be used for the login part and you can use your own Model for whatever else

Thanks Zenry for the reply, Sounds like a good option. Wouldn't it mean that I will probaby have duplicated methods (for for ex let's say findbyLogin ?
