Create a new filter, check if the user is logged in and has the privileges to view the page, if not, redirect him somewhere else.

Yes I can do that,

I don't want to redirect users to a pre defined page instead I want to take them to the same URL but i want to change the action (i.e 'uses' in route) so that I can display custom page on the same route
