Sorry about the formatting.
Yes I fixed the issue around answer and reset the action and url using the following and that fixed the issue for me. Thanks for the help !
$("#submit2").click(function(e){
e.preventDefault();
$form = $(this).closest('form');
$form.attr('action', 'projects');
$form.submit();
});
