Did you get an answer before the issue tracker was disabled?

I don't think anyone has mentioned the framework going to PSR-4. The docs only say to PSR-1 http://laravel.com/docs/contributions#coding-style

But with the new structure of Laravel it is a valid question whether or not the way packages are structured will change too.
