I think the problem is solved. Solution:

  1. Go to vendor/symfony/http-foundation/Symfony/Component/
  2. Comment out bottom 2 lines of code ini_set('session.save_path', $savePath); ini_set('session.save_handler', 'files'); found in HttpFoundation/Session/Storage/Handler/NativeFileSessionHandler.php
