You can use some parts of Laravel without the full app install, though it will be tricky. As example, the blade template view without the app, http://laravel.io/forum/10-02-2014-use-blade-outside-laravel?page=1#reply-15156

But I agree with mengidd, need more information on what your wanting to do.
