Having the same issue. Email works everywhere else but not during reset.
are you using the same [mail/mail queue] function you use during user registration email sending? did you see if the email is in the logs at Mandrill? I know when i use mailgun it usually takes some time.
I am. I was just testing with sendmail to start. Mail sends for other events in the system just fine.
