Did you try to run the command
php artisan config:clear
or as an alternative the commend
php artisan optimize:clear

This sounds frustrating.
If I check the default config I see more options for an S3 disk. I don't know if that is maybe needed and that this is a bad error message. See: https://github.com/laravel/laravel/blob/10.x/config/filesystem...
Is is possible that you have multiple disks configured that you didn't show and maybe by accident have multiple disks with the same name?
