First off all I suspect you have a valid Nova license else it will be impossible to install :)
Did you check the Nova documentation? https://nova.laravel.com/docs/3.0/installation.html
I see in the error that you have an installation option that is disabled since August 13 2021. I suspect you need to update the way Nova is installed.
Maybe you can mail with [email protected] if the problem still exist.
