Not really sure about other frameworks but if you use Tailwind you can leverage its purge option: https://tailwindcss.com/docs/optimizing-for-production

Or you can use the even more performant JIT compiler that's enabled by default in the upcoming v3: https://tailwindcss.com/docs/just-in-time-mode
