How do you send the form to the server?

Yes, inside <form> tag, I have the html code. One more thing I want to share with you that, after clearing browser cache, I am able to login without any error.

Ok, good news! Everytime if you have some error, try it in browseres private mode. There is no session and cookie sharing with other tabs.
