Configuration Cache Installation

Have you tried running composer dump-autoload?

Yes, didn't change anything. Now I logged in a day later and this problem is gone but now it's caching my Javascript files. Clearing artisan cache, composer autoload or my browser cache does nothing, neither does opening the page in a different browser!

What is Laravel doing here?!

I've used this same server for other websites and never had this issue, it only happens with Laravel.
