To be honest, it doesn't really matter. The three provided options doesn't change what is possible with your application. It only change the tech stack for your frontend. In basic the question is what do you prefer / where are you happy with to use.

If I need to choose I should start with blade or livewire but that is because I feel myself happy with that and do mostly backend work and never use any frontend framework. (I'm lucky to work with people who can do that for me if needed). Because you have experience with React I can see that maybe Inertia is more a match for you.

So what do you want to choose? :)
