localhost only works locally. if you are trying to access it from a different computer, you need to do several things. one of them is to find out the local IP of the server you are hosting the site on and use that address instead of localhost. you probably have to see if ports are open and if the web server is configured properly to server pages to other computers. that's where i would start.
