With these sort of things it's best that you contact your hosting directly to see what the issue is.
Dear Sir, Thanks for your reply, actually in that same hosting, we have upload our other software with PHP version 7.2 & Laravel 6 it's working fine, so any php extensions or php library missing ? so can you please able to help us
Laravel 8 requires at least PHP 7.3 as far as I know. Check your error logs too. Any errors?
