thanks for your answer. Yes he does get in, sometimes for a bunch of minutes, sometimes for hours... driver is file.

Is there any chance he is using an incognito browser or something?

Hi, no I'm not in a multi-server setup. His user gets logged out also from other pc's, where instead other users (with same permissions) are working perfectly fine. I really don't get this.

also don't know how viable it is but could you create a new account for him (or update his id) and see if he has the same problems?

nope, it happens randomly on any page... for example in the last hour did not happened at all, but the hour before he was kicked out continuosly...
