Also, I think something essential to any forum system is some kind of ranking. Showing a user's number of posts will do.

Number of posts • Own profile •Click on post count to go to newest post if •implementing going to latest unread post is a hassle. I hate having to wade through pages for no reason • ios 7.1 safari is a bit quirky, sizing gets screwed up easily
