We are successfully using http://www.ioncube.com/ on a couple of projects.

Just encrypted all files within our domain logic folders. At this stage haven't been able to encrypt view files.

Else, I would wish you good luck finding a decent one. Not sure if there will be any "Good" once out there which are open source
