  1. yes you can use either but use eloquent because it will help create correct syntax should you switch database (which in reality doesnt really happen!!!) & is easier to read but harder to get into..

  2. no if you have a MODEL, and html helper library then you can use one line of code and yeah it will automatically create the code wit CSRF

  3. not sure.. google.. but JQUERY/AJAX just needs to do a GET/POST to a normal laravel route, get the content & display.. not sure why this is hard?
