I've done all of the tests and it seems Forge is not vulnerable.
Bash version is 4.3.11(1)-release

Every linux variant with bash is vulnarable. Even te last patch allows code execution via an environment variable (altough a bit harder). To fully patch, bash would not be compatible with programs who use current bash commands.
