This is still happening randomly, I've found that clearing the cache seems to solve the issue but even if I setup regular jobs to do this there's still no certainty that emails are going out with the right content. Really could use some help on this.

I'm experiencing this problem as well, and have not found any other solution than clearing the cache now and then. In what version of Laravel are you experiencing this issue? I'm currently on version 4.1, but here have been some updates to Mails in the never versions.

I'm seeing this issue as well with 5.1 with daemon queue workers. Supervisord restart fixes it temporarily, but no idea when it will come back. Any solutions out there?
