Hosting, got the laravel files. Just cant seem to get it to work.

So you just uploaded the Laravel files to the hoster? They need to be "prepared" with Composer.

so basicly if they dont have composer on the server I cant user Laravel?

Run composer on your local machine and upload the whole bunch to your hosting server.
